Founder & Chief Executive Officer of HOA Logistics, a fast-growing equipment rental and logistics firm established in 2024. Fatmata combines vision and operational expertise from her experience as Site Manager at Global Recycling Company under Marampa Mines. She holds an Honours Degree in International Business from Limkokwing University and is passionate about empowering young entrepreneurs, especially women in business.

A versatile professional with experience in logistics, education, procurement and media. She has worked at AYV Television, Fry Fry Media and Global Recycling Company. Fatmata holds a Higher Teacher’s Certificate from Freetown Teacher’s College and studied Hardware Networking Engineering at Bluecrest College.

Amadu W. Shaw brings over a decade of experience across tourism, logistics and mining. He holds degrees in Business Management and International Relations and has a strong record of fostering investor confidence and strategic growth for HOA Logistics.

Mohamed F. Conteh serves as Operations Manager for HOA Logistics Company, where he plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. He has college-level academic certification and a certified Microsoft Office achievement from Bluecrest College. With over five years of experience in the hotel and tourism industry, Mohamed previously worked as a supervisor with responsibilities covering Food & Beverage and Banquet operations. His professional background also includes experience in the mining industry, contributing to operational planning, resource coordination and stakeholder engagement. His diverse career has strengthened his skills in leadership, customer relations, negotiation, event management, strategic planning and project coordination.

Isha leads human resource operations and team development at HOA Logistics. She supports workforce coordination, employee development and organizational effectiveness, helping ensure that the company's people and projects operate efficiently.
